Step 01

Measure Length

Place a sheet of paper against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Mark the longest point of your foot. Measure the distance to the mark in cm.

Step 02

Measure Girth (Width)

Stand with your weight even. Wrap a flexible tape around the widest part of your foot (the ball/joints). Ensure the tape is snug but not tight. Record the result in cm.
