Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Custom-Made Nature of Goods
At OXY Dance Shoes, every pair is handcrafted and custom-made to your specific order. Because these items are personalized to your individual requirements, they are exempt from standard "cooling-off" return periods under international consumer regulations (including EU/UK Directive 2011/83/EU).
2. Shipping Policy
  • Worldwide Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs, including original freight, return shipping, and any applicable import duties or taxes.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for "change of mind" or customer error.
  • Size Accuracy: We provide a detailed size chart and require a fit-confirmation consultation after purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not liable for shoes that do not fit if they were manufactured according to the size/measurements ordered.
  • Limited Exchange Option: At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time exchange for a different size, provided that:
    1. The customer contacts us within 7 days of delivery.
    2. The shoes are in original, pristine condition (unworn, no scuffs on soles, original packaging).
    3. The customer pays all two-way shipping costs (return of old pair + shipping of new pair) and a 30% restocking/re-manufacturing fee.
  • Defective Items: If there is a documented manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., we sent a size different from your confirmed order), we will replace the item at our expense.
4. Final Sale
All custom orders are considered Final Sale once production has commenced. By completing your purchase and fit-confirmation, you agree to these terms.
